Clearing the space around you

Cleansing our minds and souls is as vital as clearing the space around us. It allows new thoughts and ideas to come and fill the empty space and grow into intentions for the season ahead. Leading to the arrival of spring, symbolizing the return of light, start planning to usher in the new season now.

As the Winter Solstice marks a time of transition, light returning after darkness, and a renewal of hope, specific crystals can help us energetically align with these changes and usher in the new season with intention. One simple use for Selenite crystal is for clearing or releasing all negative energy nearby. You will need: Cleanse Trio

• Selenite stick used for reaching for spiritual guidance or help from a guardian angel. 
• White sage- used to bless, cleanse, and heal the person or object being smudged.
• Palo santo-a natural wood,  used to clean crystals as well as cleaning spaces.

How to use it:

While burning and spreading the smoke (of the White Sage and/or Palo Santo) in every corner of the house, it is recommended to accompany it with a prayer to fill the cleared spaces with positive energy.

While holding the selenite stick in your hand, you may wish to say this prayer. "I trust my inner wisdom and will listen to my heart, for it speaks the ancient truth of my guardian spirits."
