Selenite Sticks 4"

Selenite sticks are perfect for recharging/cleansing all your crystals. Just place your small crystals on top of the selenite and leave for at least 6 hours.

This item may help with aches and pains (headaches, muscle soreness or tightness) as well as insomnia. Lay down, take deep breaths and exhale at least 3 times. Gently, place the selenite directly on the spot that is giving you trouble, relax (close your eyes, meditate, set an intention for the selenite) for at least 15-20 minutes. Each one is sold separately. Please do not get your selenite wet or near water, it can disintegrate. Also, item scratches very easily-please note, there are imperfections in each natural stone. These are hand cut in Morocco.
